Our Story
Nashville's Neighborhood Tire Shop
We started as a small operation with a simple idea: give Nashville drivers honest service at fair prices. That hasn't changed.
Built on Straight Talk and Hard Work
Quality Tires & Roadside Service was founded right here in Nashville by people who were tired of the runaround at big-box auto chains. We believed — and still believe — that getting your tires sorted shouldn't require a sales pitch, a three-hour wait, or a bill full of surprises.
We started small: a few bays, a good inventory of new and used tires, and a commitment to treating every customer like a neighbor. Word spread. Nashville drivers started coming back — and bringing their families, their coworkers, and their friends.
Today we handle everything from a quick flat repair to a full set of new tires, plus roadside calls across the Nashville area. The shop has grown, but the approach hasn't: we tell you what's wrong, what it'll cost, and we get it done right.
How We Do Business
Honesty First
We won't sell you a tire you don't need. If a repair will do the job, we'll say so. If you need a replacement, we'll explain why — clearly.
Fair Pricing
Our prices are competitive and upfront. No hidden fees, no last-minute add-ons. What we quote is what you pay.
Fast Turnaround
We respect your time. Most jobs are done while you wait. We work efficiently so you can get back to your day.
Community Roots
We live and work in Nashville. We sponsor local events, support neighborhood causes, and take pride in being part of this city.
Nashville Proud
Part of the Community We Serve
Nashville isn't just where we do business — it's home. We've watched this city grow and change, and we've been here through all of it. From East Nashville to Antioch, from Germantown to Bellevue, we've helped Nashville drivers stay on the road for years. That's not something we take lightly.
